2017 Rivertree Singers & Friends Choral Festival

Rivertree Singers hosted its fourth-annual summer celebration of choral music, under the baton of Warren Cook!
The Festival concert on Saturday, June 24, at 7:30 p.m. in Greenville, South Carolina, opened with the acclaimed Rivertree Singers performing works by Palestrina, John Tavener, Kim Arnesen, Eric Whitacre, Ola Gjeilo, and Shawn Kirchner.
Following intermission, over 100 festival singers and the festival orchestra joined the 40-voice Rivertree Singers in two well-loved choral masterworks: Morten Lauridsen’s moving Lux Aeterna (a 20th anniversary performance) and John Rutter’s stirring and jubilant Gloria.
Rivertree Singers & Friends Choral Festival continues to inspire and delight audiences with these outstanding summer concerts.
